GNC Antiques policy for shipping furniture:
GNC Antiques will only be responsible for items that we deliver ourselves, we will deliver to your home, but you must have a person capable of assisting in taking the piece(s) from our vehicle into your home. Delivery is available up to a 100 mile radius of Winchester, Va. Contact us for a quote.
GNC Antiques will not package pieces for shipping, this must be done by a 3rd party of your choosing, at your risk and expense. The shipping of the piece is then your responsibility, the person you hired to package the piece and the shipper you chose.
If, you choose to use a "blanket wrap delivery service", we will work with them in the sense of making the piece available for them to pick-up, once they handle the piece, the responsibility of the piece is between you and them. GNC Antiques accepts no responsibility for any damage incurred in shipping or making claims for damage. GNC Antiques is not responsible for time delays.
GNC Antiques will not accept any returns on items that have been damaged in any way in shipping. GNC Antiques will only refund the cost of the item, no shipping costs will be reimbursed, including return shipping. We must receive the item in the condition that it was when it left GNC Antiques, if it is damaged no refund will be made.
Customers that use third party shipping on items paid for with a credit card must send or fax GNC Antiques a "signed" copy of this agreement before the item will be released for shipping.
